Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many items at Fancaver are pre-owned, we take great care in accurately describing the condition of each piece noting any visible flaws before it's listed.

If a flaw is missed or item description significantly misrepresents the item (eg. size stated is not actual size, etc.) and the customer elects to keep the item, Fancaver may issue a credit or discount redeemable on a future purchase.

However, in the case a return is required then Fancaver will gladly issue a refund.
Returns for pre-owned items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are significantly not as described or simply unwanted.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED AND WITHIN THIS 14 DAY PERIOD.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

All Sales Final on Custom Produced On-Demand Items
Because these items are created to a particular specification from one or more raw materials and cannot be reasonably re-purposed after production, we do not accept returns for these items.
