Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Orders comprised of only in-stock item(s) generally ship same or next day.
We will not split ship separately orders comprised of both in-stock and custom produced on-demand items.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping transit time varies by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Fancaver ships best economical way by default via preferred carriers USPS and FedEx. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Issues and Disputes
For shipping errors or disputes, Fancaver will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any shipping issues within our control.
Items are packaged according to FedEx's General Package Guidelines to mitigate damage in transit, but this is only preventative and is not a guarantee of your order being lost or damaged.
